New Website of NEOVISO
For NEOVISO, an agency that bridges generational gaps through marketing campaigns, employer branding, film, next-gen studies, and social media, I designed and developed their new website from the ground up.
I crafted two distinct UI concepts, and after the final design was chosen, I fully developed the site on Webflow. While the website underwent some post-launch modifications by others, the essence of the original design remains intact.
The case study is currently a work in progress.

Relevance
The website redesign was crucial for reinforcing NEOVISO’s position as a bold and expert consultancy while addressing the needs of key customer profiles:
- Roger (Marketing Manager) – Needs social media experts to manage his company’s channels, as he lacks expertise in the field.
- Daniel (HR Recruiter) – Struggles to attract and hire young, innovative talent due to a shortage in the market.
- Anya (Product Owner, SaaS Startup) – Requires insights into Gen Z trends, values, and behaviors to inform product development and marketing.
- Petra (CEO, Large Insurance Company) – Must integrate Gen Z perspectives into the company’s strategy to ensure future relevance and competitiveness.
By addressing their pain points directly, the new website aimed to make NEOVISO the go-to partner for brands needing to connect with Gen Z audiences.
Problem
The existing website did not effectively communicate NEOVISO’s unique identity and expertise, leading to missed opportunities and low conversion rates:
- Lack of NEOVISO true personality – The company’s core principles of braver, louder, and uncomfortable were not strongly reflected in the website’s design, tone, and content.
- Perception Gap – The risk of giving the impression of an inexperienced young team was not counter balanced with a professional look and feel that made NEOVISO seem like a reliable partner.
- Low Conversion Rates – Visitors were not convinced enough to engage with the company, limiting new business opportunities.
- Employer Branding Mismatch – Despite NEOVISO’s deep expertise in employer branding, the website did not reflect the same appeal it promoted to clients.
Solution
The NEOVISO project aimed to build trust and elevate its reputation by tailoring content to different audience personas. For Roger (see profiles above), case studies demonstrating NEOVISO’s social media impact and a confident, engaging tone reinforced credibility. For Daniel, a disruptive identity, along with a vibrant job page positioned NEOVISO as an employer branding expert. Anya was engaged in articles about gen-z trends and behaviours, and is interested in the services involving research. Finally, Petra, seeking credibility and measurable results, was influenced by case studies showcasing collaborations with large companies, quantifiable benefits, and a mix of informative and process-related content that positioned NEOVISO as a reliable partner.
